AG Rubber Co is a division of Accurate Gasket & Stamping. This page explains what this website collects and what we do with it. It is short because we do not do much.
What the RFQ form collects
When you send a request for quote, we collect what you type into it: the boot specification (inside diameter, wall thickness, length, material, quantity and your notes) and your contact information (name, company, email and phone). We use that information for one purpose, which is quoting and fulfilling your order and following up about it.
Where it goes
The form is delivered by Formspree, a third-party form service, which passes the submission to our sales inbox at sales@accurategasket.com. Formspree processes the message in transit and retains a copy in our account. We do not store form submissions anywhere else on this website. There is no database and no login on this site.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get visited and whether people find the quote builder. It sets cookies and collects standard web analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location by region, device type and referring site. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising or remarketing pixels. Analytics cookies are the only cookies this site sets.
You can opt out with your browser's do-not-track or cookie controls, or with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
Embedded map
Our directions section embeds a Google Map. Loading that map means Google receives a request from your browser, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with anyone for marketing. We do not send newsletters or marketing email. If you send us an RFQ, you will hear from us about that RFQ.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and the correspondence around them for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship, and as long as our records and tax obligations require.
Deleting your information
Email sales@accurategasket.com and ask us to delete your information, and we will remove it from our records. Include the email address or phone number you used so we can find it.
Children
This is an industrial supply site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
