Gum rubber boots and sleeves
12 3/4" ID Gum Rubber Boot, Cut to Length
The 12 3/4 inch gum rubber boot goes over 12 inch nominal pipe. This is the single most common sizing mistake we see: someone orders a 12 inch boot for 12 inch pipe, and it will not go on, because 12 inch pipe measures 12.75 inches across the outside.

Cement silo fill lines are the big one at this size. So are the pneumatic fill and vent lines running up the side of a silo, and the flex sections in a terminal loadout. On the grain side it is a main spouting run size, and on dust systems it is a common baghouse inlet connection.
For cement and fly ash service, a 5/16 or 3/8 inch wall is the right target. Fine material is not abrasive the way rock is, but fill lines run under pressure and the sleeve gets worked hard where it flexes at the clamp. A 1/4 inch wall will do the job on a low-duty vent line.
These get built as either a plain sleeve or with a band clamp pair included. Note in the RFQ if you want clamps and we will quote them with the boot rather than sending you looking for the right band size.

Working from an old part number instead of a measurement? Put the number in the notes field on the RFQ and we will match the dimensions. We regularly build equivalents to MPParts, Vince Hagan, CEPI and other catalog boots.
Have your measurements?
ID, wall, length. That is all we need to quote it.
