Gum rubber boots and sleeves
24" ID Gum Rubber Boot, Cut to Length
The 24 inch gum rubber boot is a large-transition size. It is what hangs at a belt discharge, at the bottom of an aggregate bin, and between the big chutes on a plant where the material is heavy and the drop is short.
24" ID gum rubber boot, hot vulcanized seam.

At this diameter the sleeve is carrying weight, not just sealing dust. Aggregate coming off a belt head pulley hits the inside of the boot on every pass, and that abrasion is what you are buying wall thickness for. A 3/8 inch wall is the working default here. Where the drop is longer or the rock is sharp, go to 1/2 inch and expect it to last two or three times as long.
Hanging weight also means the seam matters more than it does on a small sleeve. A glued overlap on a 24 inch boot has a lot of surface trying to peel. Ours is hot vulcanized end to end, so the overlap is cured rubber rather than adhesive holding two faces together.
Length runs longer at this size too. 24 to 36 inches is typical for a belt discharge so the boot can hang and swing without pulling on its clamps. Give us the gap and the overlap you want and we will cut it to that.

Cross-reference and old part numbers
Working from an old part number instead of a measurement? Put the number in the notes field on the RFQ and we will match the dimensions. We regularly build equivalents to MPParts, Vince Hagan, CEPI and other catalog boots.
Have your measurements?
ID, wall, length. That is all we need to quote it.
