12" ID Gum Rubber Boot, Cut to Length
This is a true 12 inch inside diameter, and it is worth being careful here. A 12 inch gum rubber boot and a 12 3/4 inch gum rubber boot are two different parts. If the sleeve slips over 12 inch nominal pipe, you need the 12 3/4. If the opening it seals to actually measures 12 inches, you need this one.

True 12 inch openings show up on fabricated chutes, slide gates, and square-to-round transitions where a shop cut the opening to a round number instead of a pipe size. Bin discharge gates and knife gate valves are usually built to the nominal number too, so a 12 inch gate wants a 12 inch boot.
Wall thickness follows the material. Fine powders and dust duty run fine at 1/4 inch. Aggregate, recycled glass, and anything with sharp edges in it should be 3/8 inch. At this diameter a 1/2 inch wall gets stiff enough that it starts fighting the clamp, so only go there if the sleeve is taking direct impact.
If you are not sure which of the two 12s you have, measure across the opening with a tape and send us the number. We would rather size it off your measurement than off a nominal name.
